By Amazon Customer I like the story but hate the implications by the author that because I am a liberal I can't be patriotic. He believes that liberals in this scenario would welcome Chinese rule. How insulting!

The author brings a story together and makes sense of what he wants the book to be about.With all of the different characters in the story, they are so easy to follow along with and you won't forget what each one brings to the story.In Worst Case Scenario Book 4: The State, we see the continuance of a strong family, and their friends try and figure out what has happened to America after an overwhelming attack on their country. In this book, Ian, Leah and Grace will learn, that even those that they should have faith in, to run the nation's government, will be someone not to be trusted at all.And all it takes, is just one person .. to make things go from bad to worst..Thank you Mr. Mercer for such a wonderful and enjoyable series to read, and I am really looking forward to reading Book 5, and then on to all of the others you may write, but please.. write them longer !
