Book three in the Bad Angels series

Falling isn’t so bad, it’s the landing that hurts.

After being trapped out of space and time, Dr. Noemi Gastineau finally discovers her true nature and the amazing destiny that awaits her. However, danger surrounds her on every side. A rogue angel, an insane nymph and a wily demon would be enough for any woman to deal with for one day. Unfortunately, Azrael, the Angel of Death, is now on her tail, too, and he’s one of the good guys.

How’s a succubus supposed to get any quality time with her men when the whole universe is out to get her?

The Bad Angels series

When he fell from the sky, the angel Orion Hunter lost everything: his memories, his voice and just possibly his sanity.

After rescuing Rion, Rex Clark finds himself with not one, but two mysterious angels on his hands. The Sidhe farmer gets tangled in the mysteries of celestial politics and the danger of marauding demons on Earth. In one shocking moment, heaven and hell cross paths with Rex in the centre of the collision.

A naive angel, a ravenous succubus and a Sidhe who wants them both… They may not be a match made in heaven, but these three would walk into hell to be together.

Heaven was a good read By Jacque If you are picking up Heaven to read and have not read any of the previous titles in the Bad Angel series, then you need to stop right now. This is a series that MUST be read from book one. Each book may be short novellas but there is quite a bit of world building as well as character development that has been building. Without starting from the beginning with Falling, you will be lost.I hope you're ready to get a lot of questions answered because almost all of mine got answered. The whole Rion, Rex, Noemi triangle does come into play again and the reasons why not only were good but they were hot. However, there is more than sex here. The adventures they find themselves on lead to a really good epic battle that as much I felt needed to happen, still caught me off guard after everybody shows their true colors...and spilled their secrets!I'm still on the fence about the ending. It very much had a happy ending for the main characters and yet it seemed there was still a cliffhanger calling out to me. I know this is a series that was originally written a few years back so I'm guessing there won't be any more entries into the Bad Angel series. I'm not going to go into details so you'll have to figure out for yourself is you agree the ending seems a bit incomplete. Other than that tidbit, Heaven was a good read.I received this book from the JeepDiva for the express purposes of an honest review. The opinions and rating of this review are solely mine and in no way was I compensated.Stars - 3.5, Flames - 5

Good read By The Romance Reviews Reviewed by Book Addictfor TheRomanceReviews.comHappily ever after for a fallen angel turned succubus may not be in the cards for Anahita. Stuck in an in-between world where she is slowly starving to death due to lack of sex, she is almost giving up hope. When an angel appears to slay her, Anahita almost welcomes it if it were not her own brother.HEAVEN is the third book in this series. The books should be read in order. This is not a standalone. Full disclosure, I read it as a standalone and I'm sure my experience is not as good as it would have been if I had read the first two books.Ms. McBride does a good job of recapping some of the events from the previous books so there isn't too much confusion. This world is torn apart as it appears the angels have been corrupted. Whilst trying to battle this corruption, Anahita suffered. The tragic loss she experiences is more than she can bear. Fortunately for her, in this one it seems she will finally be reunited with her lovers. The lovers in this story are a tangled knot. One would think it could all go wrong as Anahita loves Rion who loves Reux who needs Anahita. Talk about a love triangle. Fortunately, this menage is a sexy triad and it works well. Each of the characters in this story are admirable and easy to fall in love with. What is confusing at times is how each character goes by more than one name. It could be two or three when nicknames are included. Fortunately, they are different enough that it is easy to distinguish between them. The sex in this story is heavenly. The m/m and the m/f are all delicious. Ms. McBride does a lovely job of bringing all three together into a relationship that works for them. The ending of this story leaves it open for another story. It seems there will be a show down--a war of the angels so it would seem. This paranormal romance is recommended for menage lovers who have a thing for fae and angels.

Heaven By Evampire Dr. Noemi Gastineau wants some quality time with her men but it seems the whole universe is out to get her in this exciting paranormal romance. I was completely caught up in the story from the beginning and by beginning I mean the first book, Falling, and Heaven brought it all together, completing the scorching threesome and culminating in a spectacular battle in the war between the good and the evil. I was unable to determine if the author intends to write more in this series or have a connected series, but I certainly hope so because Michael is still out there and I want to know what happens to the other dark angels.See my full review at: The Romance Reviews .com
